It's all about Cranberries‼



Love Cranberries? Do you know that you can enjoy Cranberries and its yummy dishes all year round? How? Let me tell you:

Buy a few packets of Cranberries and freeze them. There is no need to wash the Cranberries or even change the packet. I simply use a zip lock bag big enough to hold the entire packet and seal it properly. Then I put it in the freezer. I read somewhere that they should be good for 1—12 months but I have never been able to save these for that long. Cranberries are versatile, you can literally add them in anything and I only stop with my baking adventures when I finish the entire stock.

Now, whenever you want to use the frozen Cranberries, just take them out and wait for 2-3 minutes. Then take out the amount of Cranberries you need for your recipe and refreeze the rest.

To thaw, simply run the Cranberries under normal water. They thaw immediately. I prefer to wash them before adding them in any dish.

Cranberries have long been recommended by the doctors because they are rich in anti oxidants. They also contain fibers which make them good for digestion related issues. I love to add dried Cranberries and Walnuts in my salads although I prefer to buy a ready made Cranberry salad mix pack for it. 

Dried or fresh Cranberries are the best.

    a sea shell andd gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to herr ear and screamed.
    There was a hermit crab inside and itt pinched her ear.
