- Take a couple tablespoons of Cumin seeds and spread them on a wide pan or skillet.
- Dry roast the Cumin on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes, keep moving them in the skillet after every couple of seconds.
- You will see that the Cumin will darken a bit and smell roasted. That means you can take it off the heat and let it cool a little.
- In your grinder/ Nutri Bullet, grind the roasted Cumin seeds until a fine powder is formed.
- Cumin powder is ready. Store it in an airtight container.
- Use in Cheela, Matar and Curries.
