I think there is hardly anyone who will plan a trip to Las Vegas and not go to the Grand Canyon. The road gets quite scenic and you can see different types of vegetation all around. Well, there is nothing better than a road side restaurant with delicious food. If you are driving from Vegas to Grand Canyon, don’t forget to load yourself up on some delicious Tacos.
I am talking about Delgadillo’s. This is a cute little place filled with a lot of character. This place has everything. You can see cars painted with eyes (which look like one of those old fashioned Transformer cars).
The outhouse is well decorated as well. Everything has a humorous tone. I just kept reading all the posters and walls.
You will want to take a tour of this whole compound before going in. Inside you will see the narrow corridor and walls all pasted with random photos and ids.
The shop owners are not only friendly but funny as well. They will offer you mustard and then throw it at you! but wait it is not the real mustard just a yellow thread attached with a bottle which will give you an illusion that it is real. The food is cheap and good. The shakes are yummy.
The only thing I didn't like about this place was the restroom. It was not only too small and unclean but also awfully difficult to find. If they can fix it then this is a 5-star review. But hey! I am just nitpicking. If you are on the road this is definitely the place to go.
