It is very rare to go to a restaurant and see the kitchen through a mirror. I think it's a bold step, it shows a well trained staff and you can see how they are handling your food, so there is no room for error.
If you are a Guy fan, do not go there expecting to see him. Our waitress told us that he has never been in the restaurant. The chefs are trained by other chefs.
The food was not super excellent or mind blowing, it was just good. I have had better burgers and drinks.
Overall it was a decent experience but it wasn't anything over the top. The burgers were good, the sauces were nothing extraordinary. I was expecting some new flavors but was disappointed. We didn't even get the drinks we requested, they were out of them. I liked the Trash Can Nachos, the names are good, catchy.
